Simple rustic retreats, Authentic connections, & Traditional theory

Beginning A Personal Practice (Sadhana)

These programs bring us back to the basics with introductory concepts and advanced practices. We detach from the external world and bring awareness internally. The eight limbs of Yoga begins with the Yamas & Niyamas. In a simple definition, these codes of conduct act as a guide for our behavior, speech, thought and cleanliness.

Each retreat is led by a Kundalini teacher with more than 15 years of experience. Teaching traditional Hatha and Kundalini theory, we include the practice of Asanas, Bandhas, Mudras, and Pranayama.

Silent meditation brings us closer to understanding our thought process, releasing mental tensions and bringing awareness to our witnessing consciousness. We introduce Antar Mauna as a foundation on the path toward traditional a strong personal practice.

Mauna & history

Antar Mauna translates to “Inner Silence” from Sanskrit. It’s rooted in the tantric tradition and serves an introductory aide on the path toward meditation and awareness. Our relationship with our inner voice begins with silence in order to listen.

In Buddhism there is Vipassana and typical courses last 10 days. This lineage is from the Theravada tradition.

With Antar Mouna, we introduce mediation techniques from yoga, rooted in teachings from the Tantric tradition of Kashmir Shaivism. We focus on introductory practices on the path toward Kundalini yoga.

Our philosophy

We are always on the road.
We want a minimal footprint at minimum and a regenerative footprint at standard.
To leave the paths behind us in better condition.
To travel outwards with strength and the courage to go inwards with discipline.
