Included with each retreat:
- 3 yoga classes daily

Optional & add-on services include massage, CNT (chi nei tsang) abdominal massage, reflexology, along with consulting in nutrition and Ayurveda.
Weekend & Daily Retreats
This course is meant to be an introduction for those wanting to strengthen or develop a personal practice in meditation and yoga.
Our goal is to present a roadmap for beginners and advanced students to strengthen their own personal practice.
Silent Retreats
We begin with silence (Mauna) and journey into our connection with nature and ourselves. This course is for those with a basic understanding of meditation and yoga. Beginners are always welcome.
